  8. Here is a Parsi replacement for AmigaDos Date command.
  9. I hope to be useful for all Iranian Amiga guys.
  10. Note:

  12.     *   You should be familiar with Persian letters and numbers.
  13.     *   It is a Shell software, i.e., shuold be run through DosShell.
  14.     *   It should run under OS 2+ and needs utility.library.
  15.  
  16. Thanks goes to Dr. D. Asefi who helped me to have a good algorithm
  17. converting Christian dates to Solar ones.

  25. How to install:

  28. Easy! only copy the file "PDate" to your "C:" assign. Also you may
  29. rename it as "Date", but note that its command line parameters are
  30. different from those of the standard "Date" command of AmigaDos.
  31. Also you should have one of Vajegan fonts set for your shell or used
  32. by the software which uses Pdate. Some of these fonts exist in the 
  33. archive. Note that "Vajegan_Trafic" is a Graphic Vajegan font.

  38. I think thats very easy to understand ;) to see options type:

  42. where the switches are here (one or several of them are allowed):

  44.     PARSI,G_VASF,DATE,DAY,TIME,DASH
  45.  
  46.     Type "Pdate PARSI"  to get all thing in Persian.
  47.     Type "Pdate G_VASF" to get the output matching Graphic Vajegan fonts map.
  48.     Type "Pdate DATE"   to get only date.
  49.     Type "Pdate DAY"    to get only day.
  50.     Type "Pdate TIME"   to get only time.
  51.     Type "Pdate DASH"   to change the "/" to "-" in date output.
